Master the room.
Amplify what matters.
Maggie Carey turns social media, AI, and LinkedIn from overwhelming into usable. Her audiences leave with ideas they can put to work right away.
Not more information. A clearer next step.
Maggie Carey is a Social Media & AI Strategist, Speaker and Trainer, and CEO and Founder of Master It Media, founder of Painless Posting™, host of the Painless Posting Podcast, and creator and host of the AI Success Summit.
With more than 40 years in technology, Maggie takes topics that feel complicated (social media, AI, LinkedIn, content creation, digital marketing, business technology) and makes them understandable, practical, and useful. Her presentations are built for business owners, professionals, and teams who want more than inspiration. They want ideas they can put to work.
Business owners already have plenty of information. Maggie's goal is to help audiences understand what matters, what they can stop worrying about, and what to do next.
- Combines practical education, real-world examples, audience participation, and a little bit of theater
- Speaks at conferences, business expos, summits, chambers of commerce, corporate trainings, and her own live workshops
- Programs adapt for keynotes, breakout sessions, interactive workshops, panels, and extended hands-on training

Leave with a next step, not just another list of things to try later.

Creator & host of the AI Success Summit
An in-person educational experience that moves business owners beyond just hearing about AI and into practical use, with live instruction, demonstrations, hands-on learning, and meaningful networking.
Producing the Summit gives Maggie a rare dual perspective as both speaker and event producer: a session has to engage the room, deliver real value, and give attendees a reason to keep thinking about it after the event ends.
One very different kind of speaker
Alongside 40+ years in technology (IT management, implementation, research, analysis, and training), Maggie has spent decades translating complicated information into language people can actually use.
That ability also runs through her theater background: more than 150 theatrical productions as a performer, director, producer, instructor, and board member, and a founding member of a nonprofit theater company still operating in New York City today.
She has taught acting through programs including Seven Star School of Performing Arts, with former students working on Broadway and in professional theater, film, and television, and has spoken multiple times at the annual New York State Theatre Education Association conference.
She knows how to explain complicated ideas clearly, read a room, adjust to an audience, and keep people engaged. She believes the best learning happens when people are participating, not just listening.
Presented for organizations including SCORE, professional and business associations, networking communities, conferences, expos, and educational programs, for entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, job seekers, marketers, and community organizations.
