Maggie Carey is the founder and CEO of Master It Media. Maggie is a social media strategist with over 35 years of Information Technology experience. She blends her theatrical background with her corporate experience to educate businesses on developing an engaging social media presence to build an audience of raving fans.
Maggie has a background in theater and was awarded BroadwayWorld's Regional Performer of the Decade in 2020.
Her work with the digital publication, HamletHub earned her the Lyn & Buzz Burr Excellence in Communication Award.

Shirley Salumbides
Wondering if your social media efforts will help fast-track your business growth? Wonder no more! Shirley’s job is to make sure all our systems are designed strategically to help you build a raving fan base who’ll support your business goals. She supports the team and make sure deadlines are met.
Shirley has 6+ years experience in project management, tools and asset management and web and campaign management. She will monitor your progress and works closely with the team to provide the best experience. Completing your journey towards success is her greatest motivation. The more of an action taker you are, the more you will see her hustle by your side.
Ryan Hecht
Our Social Media Coordinator, Ryan Hecht, studied public relations at the University of Rhode Island with a minor in business.
Ryan has an eye for color and design. He matches each client's brand, culture, and mission to creative a cohesive social media presence that is unique and catered to each platform.
He works on researching news on changes in social media as well as current trends.
Ryan creates our social media analytic reports.
He is passionate about supporting local businesses and works diligently with detailed precision to create engaging content.
Antonia Carey
Antonia is the president of Master It Media. She works with the team to ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Antonia has a background in the Arts. Skilled in management, social media, writing, and editing.
Antonia is an operations professional with Bachelor's degrees in Theatre Arts and English from SUNY New Paltz.
Jacqueline Carey
Jacqueline is our data management coordinator. She uses her impressive technology skills to create graphic designs, edit video, and organize our back office data.
You can often find Jacqueline working on special projects and providing technology support at our in-person events. She is a graduate from Binghamton University with a background in the performing arts, event coordination, publicity, and education.
Peter Carey
Peter is the editor of 5 editions of the digital publication, HamletHub. He supports our clients with creating engaging articles that we share on our websites and social media platforms.
Peter uses his background in publicity to keep local communities informed about current events. He is a photo journalist who captures the local culture at community events.
